Quantity Surveyor – NEC4, Tier 1 Project in Portsmouth

Fawkes & Reece, a leading Tier 1 main contractor, is delivering a Portsmouth project valued at £30m to construct an industrial unit. They are expanding their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor to drive procurement, manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and on-site variations to ensure smooth progress.

The ideal candidate will hold an HNC or construction related degree and have NEC 4 contract experience, with a background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 contracting and projects up to £30m.
