Female Support Worker – Flexible Shifts & Driving Training

Dimensions in Bracknell is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist four residents aged 20s–60s in living the lives they choose. You will provide person-centred support, promote independence and help them access local communities and activities.

The role requires compassion, reliability and flexibility, including weekend and bank holiday shifts. A full UK driving licence is essential to travel between sites as needed.
