SWRAC is seeking a Deputy Centre Manager to support the day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring high-quality education, learner support and safeguarding. The role includes deputising for the Centre Manager, leading pastoral interventions and contributing to staff training and quality improvement across provision.
The post holder will work to maintain an inclusive culture, support teaching and learning, and help achieve centre performance targets while coordinating timetables and staff
