The Cambian Group is seeking Residential Support Workers to join our college at our rural Dilston campus in Dilston, Northumberland. You will deliver a model of positive behaviour support to empower our young people aged 16 to 25, helping them build self-regulation and lifelong independence.
No formal qualifications are required, but you must be passionate, a good communicator, and flexible with shift patterns.
