Customer Experience Specialist – Fast-Paced Call Center

Sanderson Recruitment Plc is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our busy contact centre in Blackpool. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with an initial 12-month duration.

You will deliver excellent service, resolving queries at first contact and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Ideal candidates will have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
