Head Chef – Lead Kitchen at Refurbished Pub (Live-in)

The Owl, Loughton, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen, oversee all operations, and drive high standards of food and service in a busy pub environment. You should have strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Working with CDZ Inns Ltd, there may be live-in accommodation during refurbishment. You will uphold safety standards, plan menus, manage stock, and inspire the team to deliver great guest experiences that reinforce The Owl’s reputation for quality.
