Our Team Your Mission
- Independent and autonomous assembly and commissioning of high-pressure hydraulic systems for motorsport
- Fabricating jigs and tools to facilitate the assembly process, in collaboration with the design department
- Testing, adjusting and commissioning high-pressure hydraulic systems and their subsystems
- Carrying out measurements and adjustment procedures during the assembly process
- Troubleshooting components and the overall system in close collaboration with the component managers
- Documenting the individual work steps
- Continuously improving work processes in the manufacture of high-pressure hydraulic systems
- Identifying issues in the assembly process in close coordination with the component manager and quality assurance
Your Profile
- Excellent understanding of complex hydraulic systems
- Solid vocational training or technical qualification with professional experience in motorsport
- Enjoy working in global teams
- High level of commitment and problem-solving skills
- A resilient, confident personality with strong team spirit, high motivation and a proactive approach
- Excellent creative and manual skills
- Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language round off your profile
