What matters most is the experience and perspective you can bring to the Board: offering constructive challenge, asking the right questions and contributing independent insight to our strategic and financial oversight.We would particularly welcome interest from people with strong connections to the
Shropshire business and professional community , although finding the right person with the right values, experience and outlook is most important.This is a
paid Non-Executive Director position , requiring approximately
