Join us as aContact Centre Sales Advisor in our Glasgow contact centre earning£26,428 per annum with incentives on top – you can earn an extra£4,900 on average by achieving targets.
Weoperate a hybrid working pattern after training which allowscolleagues to gain a work life balance with the opportunity to workfrom office and home for part of the week.
In this role, you’ll work in afast-paced call centre, handling inbound calls from existingcustomers considering leaving Sky. You’ll actively listen tounderstand their needs and provide the best possible solutions,ensuring they feel heard, valued, andappreciated.
Whatyou’ll do:
- Handle inboundcalls from existing customers considering cancelling all or part oftheir Sky subscription.
- Build strongconnections through engaging conversations to understand theirneeds, address any concerns, and ensure they are offered the mostsuitable package.
- Work in a target-basedenvironment
- Work 37.5 hours p/wk Mon-Sun withvaried set shift patterns available. Your set shift will beallocated at the offer stage and your preferences taken intoaccount wherever possible. When our customers need us most, you’llwork up to 5 hours extra per week (max 10 times per year) and bankthis time to take back as extra timeoff
Trainingand Development:
Training andDevelopment is hugely important to us which is why we’ll teach youall you need to know about our amazing products and how to dealwith any challenge, no matter how big or small, so you can achieveyour full potential as a Sales Advisor.
At Sky,our comprehensive 7-week training program is designed to fullyprepare new starters for their role. It begins with classroom-basedsessions, where employees become familiar with the role, systems,and products. This is followed by time in our Academy, where theyhandle live customer calls under the guidance of a Role Model. Boththe training and Academy sessions are conducted entirelyface-to-face in the office, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Toensure participants gain the most from the program, we askthat no holidays are taken during this period.
