AV Engineer (Cisco, WebRTC)

The Opportunity

What you’ll Do

Provide expert AV support for high-profile meetings, conferences and events
Manage video conferencing systems (Webex, Cisco), sound systems, projectors and collaboration tools
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless operation of AV infrastructure
Train colleagues on effective use of audiovisual technology
Manage AV inventory and recommend infrastructure improvements

What We re Looking For

3+ years experience in a similar AV specialist role
Strong knowledge of meeting tools such as Webex, Jabber, and Cisco systems
Experience with Control Systems, DSPs, Audio Distribution, and Cisco Codecs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Please Note: This is a full-time, five-day-per-week onsite role based in our London office, with standard working hours of 9:30am – 6:00pm with the following shift pattern Embedded:

8:30am-5pm
9am-6pm
10am-6:30pm
12pm-8pm (shift allowance for this shift)
