• Full-time permanent position

• 17.50 per hour, working 40 hours per week (overtime also available)

Working as a Production Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimising the production process. Including:

n

n
• Overseeing manufacturing and production processes

n

• Creating SOPs and maintaining high-quality standards

n

• Implementing all the company's procedures and policies

n

• Recruiting and managing new production staff members

n

• Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control

n

• Implementing safety, health, environment and quality requirements

n

n

The successful Production Manager will have:

n

n
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment at managerial level

n

• A valid Passport for travel to initial training abroad (expenses paid)

n

• Knowledge of CNC machinery, maintenance and quality control

n

• Excellent leadership skills

n
