Your new rolen A part-time (3-4 days per week) Legal Counsel role, reporting to the Head of Legal in a compact but indispensable legal function. With a strong commercial focus, the successful applicant will support in all manner of contract negotiations, while advising on optimising the internal legal policy infrastructure. Liaising with key clients, regulators and external counsel, you will be instrumental in maintaining and developing the organisation's legal compliance regime as it contemplates entering new markets. The role offers fantastic flexibility, great benefits and the chance to tell an interesting story in a few years' time.
What you'll need to succeedn You must be an England & Wales qualified commercial lawyer, with demonstrable experience advising senior stakeholders on legal and commercial risk. You will have previous in-house experience, and you must be comfortable working in a small team.
