The Role: As an NQ Real Estate Solicitor, you'll play a key role in a thriving and collaborative team, advising major clients including developers, investors, commercial landlords, retailers, and public sector bodies. You'll have the opportunity to work on a broad mix of real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, development projects, and asset management.n
Responsibilities include:n

- n
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Company Commercial Law, with particular emphasis on Commercial Property Law
n

- n
- Deal with commercial sale and purchases
n
n
- n
- Advice on Landlord and Tenant matters
n
n
- n
- Deal with commercial refinancing
n
n
- n
- Produce 1265 chargeable and recoverable fee earning hours per annum
n
n
- n
- Achieve fee earning targets set annually
n
n
- n
- Cross sell services across the Firm and act as appropriate
n
n
- n
- Manage an agreed caseload of clients in consultation with the Department Head
n
n
- n
- Use the correct office procedures and systems to manage cases effectively and in accordance with the Firm's standards
n
n
- n
- Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
n
n
- n
- Bill promptly and to collect outstanding balances as soon as feasible
n
n
- n
- Enhance and improve the firm's client base by way of effective liaison with clients, both existing and future, and introducers of work
n
n
- n
- Maintain professional standards
