Candidates should be familiar with a caseload consisting of:

• Grant of Probate

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Administration of Estates

n

• Inheritance Tax matters

n

• Court of Protection 

n

• Trust administration

n

• Deputyship

n

n

The firm are looking for someone with a solid level of experience in the above matters and a proven track record of client management skills.
