We're working with an international healthcare/life sciences business looking to add a commercially focused Legal Counsel to its legal team.

This is a broad in-house role supporting commercial contracts, distribution and supply arrangements, licensing matters, and strategic business projects across multiple international markets.

You'll have:

- n
- England & Wales qualification
- 2-6 years' PQE
- Strong commercial contracts experience
- In-house or private practice background
- A pragmatic, business-focused approach

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or another regulated sector would be advantageous.

Location: Leeds/Hybrid Working.
