n Are you a Private Client Solicitor at circa 2 years’ PQE looking for the opportunity to develop your career within a highly regarded regional law firm?

The Role
n You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, acting for individuals and families and providing clear, practical and commercially minded advice.
n Your work will include:
n Will drafting and associated advicen Lasting Powers of Attorneyn Estate administrationn Probate and intestacy mattersn Trustsn Taking instructions and advising clientsn Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other third partiesn Progressing matters efficiently from initial instruction through to completionn Maintaining excellent standards of client care and file managementn Supporting the continued development and growth of the Private Client teamn Contributing to networking and business development opportunities where appropriate
n You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while benefiting from the support and supervision of an experienced team.
About You
n We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with circa 2 years’ PQE who has gained solid experience within Private Client.
n You will ideally have experience across:
n Willsn LPAsn Probate and estate administrationn Trustsn Managing your own caseload
n Alongside your technical experience, you will be a confident communicator with a professional and empathetic approach to clients. You will be organised, commercially aware and able to manage your workload effectively while contributing positively to the wider team.
