What You’ll Be Doing…
As a Van Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their furniture safely, professionally, and with exceptional service throughout the delivery experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and collecting products safely and efficiently while creating a positive customer experience.
- Following our REACH principles and company values on every delivery.
- Ensuring all products are wrapped, secured, and transported correctly to arrive in perfect condition.
- Leading and supporting your Van Helper, ensuring professional conduct and excellent customer interactions at all times.
- Conducting daily vehicle checks, reporting defects, and maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle.
- Reviewing delivery routes and making informed decisions when circumstances change, such as traffic disruptions or adverse weather conditions.
- Driving safely, responsibly, and in full compliance with legal requirements.
- Taking care when positioning products within customers’ homes, treating their property with respect.
- Reporting accidents, incidents, or concerns promptly and accurately.
- Maintaining delivery equipment and ensuring it remains fit for purpose.

Essential Requirements…
- Full Category B driving licence with experience driving a 3.5-tonne van.
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting due to the nature of the products handled.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a first-class experience.
