Senior Bioinformatician: Lead scRNA-seq & Spatial Analytics

Wellcome Sanger Institute’s Vento Lab is seeking a Senior Bioinformatician/Computational Biologist to lead single-cell, spatial transcriptomics and CRISPR data analyses across immune cell and reproductive-tissue projects. You will design and implement analyses from alignment to clustering, interpret results with biological context, and communicate findings to collaborators.

Strong Python/R skills, Unix/HPC experience, and a publications record are required; hybrid working is supported.
