Lead Palliative Care CNS – 7-Day Specialist Nursing

Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated palliative and end of life care Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our hospital-based specialist service.

The role requires leadership in delivering a 7-day nursing service, with collaboration across MDT and community partners to provide holistic, evidence-based care. You will contribute to education and development of the palliative and end of life care team.
