Health Visitor – 0-5 Healthy Child Programme Lead

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to lead the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme in a defined Wiltshire locality. You will assess children and families, plan personalised care, and work with partner agencies to reduce health inequalities.
