Job Description:
Locala Community Partnerships CIC is seeking a Clinical Lead Respiratory Nurse Specialist to lead the Community Respiratory Team from Fartown Health Centre. The role offers Band 7 pay (£49,387 – £56,515 pro rata) for 30 hours per week on a permanent basis.
You will provide clinical leadership, develop services and support hospital discharge planning through Hospital at Home and pulmonary rehabilitation in Greater Huddersfield.
