The Role
As Nursing Home Manager, you’ll take the lead on the overall running of the home, ensuring exceptional care standards, strong clinical governance and full regulatory compliance.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Driving quality improvement and maintaining CQC compliance.
- Creating a positive culture where residents and staff can thrive.
- Managing recruitment, retention, performance and staff development.
- Overseeing budgets, occupancy and operational performance.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, or a Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- A valid NMC PIN and relevant nursing qualification.
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive standards.
- A genuine passion for delivering the highest quality of care.
