QA Manager – Commercial Mortgages & AML/KYC Compliance

Alexander Charles is recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager to independently review Commercial Mortgage underwriting files, ensuring lending decisions, processes and documentation meet policy, regulatory and customer outcome standards. You will deliver end-to-end QA across underwriting, identify trends, support improvements, and ensure robust AML/KYC controls are applied.

Strong Excel/MI reporting and clear communication are essential, with the role based in Manchester.
