HR Manager (FMCG) – People & Change Lead, 12-Month

Avara Foods Limited Hereford is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with site leadership and deliver expert HR guidance in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This office-based role is on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

You will lead the onsite HR team, oversee employee relations, onboarding, learning and development, engagement activities, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with policy and law across the site.
