ER Lead & HR Ops for Multi-site Nurseries

Complete Childcare Nurseries Ltd in Aldermaston is seeking a senior HR specialist to lead employee relations across 17 nurseries. The role covers ER casework, HR operations and strategic support, partnering with managers and the executive team.

You’ll manage a small HR team (payroll and recruitment) and drive compliance with UK employment law, Safer Recruitment and group policy. Travel to Berkshire and Oxfordshire settings will be required.
