Interim HR Lead: Build HRIS & Lead TUPE Integration

Vwa Ltd, London, is seeking an interim HR Integration Lead to set up the HR function from scratch within a startup-style environment. You will lead HRIS setup, TUPE consultations, and onboarding for employees from an acquired company, while supporting broader integration efforts.

Reporting into the CFO and Group Director, the role is a hands-on interim assignment for ~3 months, with a hybrid schedule (Mon-Wed on site) and a £300/day rate plus holiday.
