Children with Disabilities Social Worker (Level 2/3) – Flexible & Impactful

Leaders in Care is recruiting Childrens Social Workers at Level 2 and Level 3 to join a specialist Children With Disabilities Team on the South Coast. You will manage a varied caseload, reviewing child in need, child protection and children in care pathways, delivering high-quality, strengths-based statutory social work.

You will assess needs, risks and strengths, collaborate with parents, schools and health professionals, and mentor junior staff within a supportive local authority environment.
