HR Manager – Nuclear Site People Lead (Multi-site)

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with site leaders across Weston-Super-Mare and other contract locations to drive engagement, performance and culture on a high-profile Hinckley Point C project.

You will lead employee relations, recruitment and people initiatives, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and coach managers. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred; role is full-time, Monday to Friday.
