Technical Support Engineer: Network & APM Health, Hybrid UK

InPost UK is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Network Health team, based in Hemel Hempstead with a hybrid on-site requirement. You will diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and peripheral issues to keep the Automated Parcel Machines network running 24/7, liaising with field techs, service desks, and R&D across the UK and Poland.

You’ll work at the intersection of field engineering and software support, with emphasis on problem solving, curiosity, and learning.
