Azure & Hyper-V 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer (2nd/3rd line) with strong Azure and Hyper-V experience for a Belfast-based MSP. You will deliver failed incidents through to resolution across on-prem, Azure and hybrid environments.

You’ll work remotely and on-site, manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and Microsoft 365, and contribute to backups, DR and migration projects while adhering to SLAs and ITSM processes.
