Cornwall Council’s Children’s Legal Team handles safeguarding across the county. We are seeking a skilled Lawyer to join our supportive team and advise on sensitive, high‑profile matters at the heart of protecting children.

You will manage your own caseload with supervision, conduct research, draft, negotiate, and advocate before courts and inquiries, while collaborating across Legal Services and Children’s Services to improve service delivery.
