QED Legal Recruitment Limited is helping a Top 200 law firm in central Liverpool recruit a junior Property Litigation solicitor with around 1+ year PQE to join a respected team. You will work on a broad caseload with a Partner, Associate Solicitor, Fee Earner and two Paralegals.
The role covers landlord & tenant disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals, leasehold & freehold disputes, forfeiture and related matters, with a structured development plan and clear progression.
