Strategic Labour Planner and T&A Compliance Lead

Medirest is seeking a Labour Planning & T&A Compliance Manager based at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, with regular travel to other sites. The role focuses on efficient labour planning, budget control, and accurate time and attendance to support multi-site operations.

You will collaborate with operations, finance, HR, and labour optimisation teams to deliver effective workforce planning and compliance. Travel to other sites will be required to provide guidance and oversight.
