Energy Jobline ZR in West London is seeking an experienced Caretaker/Maintenance Operative for a luxury residential estate. Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with office base in estate office.
The role covers daily maintenance, security, minor repairs, and co-ordination with managing agents and contractors, requiring practical DIY skills and strong organisation. You will inspect lighting, alarms, and grounds, and respond to day-to-day maintenance issues to keep the estate running safely.
