Building Safety Manager – High-Risk Buildings & Compliance

Places for People is hiring a Building Safety Manager to support the Principal Building Safety Manager in managing around 25 high-rise residential buildings. You will ensure activities align with the Building Safety Act 2022 and our Safety Management System, creating safety case reports and maintaining compliance records.

You will work with residents, contractors, maintenance teams and regulatory bodies to safeguard residents and ensure safety outcomes across the portfolio.
