Programme Manager – Change & Service Redesign (Hybrid)

Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Inverness, is recruiting a Programme Manager on a contract until 29 January 2027 at a rate of £35.91/hour (PAYE). This role can be worked hybrid or remotely, with occasional travel to the Inverness office.

Responsibilities include leading the CLD and Employability Service redesign, managing staff consultations, and supporting organisational change with governance and transition planning.
