Community Diabetes Specialist Nurse (Band 6)

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting for a Band 6 Community Diabetes Specialist Nurse to cover maternity leave in Brent. The post provides specialist assessment, treatment and ongoing support for adults living with diabetes in community settings and patients’ homes.

You will work with a supportive multidisciplinary team, deliver diabetes education, maintain high-quality records and contribute to service development.
