UK Franchise Kitchen Growth & Training Manager

Growth Kitchen is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to oversee our network of third-party delivery kitchens across the UK, with London and Birmingham as hubs.

You will train new franchisees, have commercial discussions to grow their business with us, and perform on-site checks to improve cooking accuracy and efficiency. The role requires travel 80% nationally and managing 30+ kitchen partners with autonomy and impact.
