North East Field Sales Team Lead – Growth & Coaching

The Modern Milkman is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to grow and manage the door-to-door sales operation in the North East. You will lead by example, coach reps, and drive performance across the team.

Based in Newcastle or Gateshead with a full UK driving licence, you will recruit, screen, onboard and develop talent, while using data and dashboards to track KPIs, hit targets, and build a scalable field team for rapid growth.
