Impel in the UK is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for existing automotive retail customers. You will nurture relationships, drive retention and growth, and translate performance insights into value for Impel’s platform.
You’ll work remotely with occasional client travel, collaborate across teams, and present data-driven recommendations to help clients achieve their goals while ensuring outstanding service and adherence to SLAs.
