Solar on Steroids seeks a Client Success professional in Manchester to own relationships with up to 30 UK installers, ensuring they get results and stay with us. The role is hybrid with two days in the office and UK travel as needed, reporting to the Client Success & Delivery Lead.
You will manage onboarding, drive retention, explain performance in plain English, upsell services, and earn bonuses linked to churn and service sales, with team bonuses on milestones.
