Pastry Sous Chef – Lead Dessert Team at Luxury Retreat

Ardencote Manor, part of Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat, is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Working closely with the Pastry Head Chef, Head Chef and Executive Chef, you’ll help run the pastry section and craft high-quality pastries and desserts while mentoring the team.

You’ll also manage stock, assist with rotas and ensure top standards of hygiene, presentation and collaboration across the kitchen. This full-time role offers progression within a luxury retreat setting.
