Senior Support Worker – Lead Compassionate Independence

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Support Worker for a dedicated residential care setting at Derby House. You will deliver person-centred care, promote independence, and work within a Positive Behaviour Support framework to meet complex needs.

Your role includes daily living assistance, personal care, health appointments, meal preparation, activity planning, and liaison with health and social care professionals to support residents’ goals and wellbeing.
