Crisis Home Treatment Psychiatric Nurse

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting a dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Richmond Home Treatment Team. based in Livingston House, Teddington, the role provides crisis assessments and short-term home-based care as an alternative to admission.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, develop recovery-focused care plans with service users and carers, and support early discharge from wards.
