Medical Records Officer (Bank) – Flexible Shifts & Benefits

The London Independent Hospital in Stepney Green, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Medical Records Officer to join the Medical Records team. The role is full-time 37.5 hours per week with flexible shifts and a salary up to £13.50 per hour.

You will prepare patient records, ensure documentation is filed and accessible, retrieve notes on demand, and use EMR/EPR systems to log and search data, upholding confidentiality and GDPR standards.
