Student Health & Safeguarding Lead — Clinical Ops & Training

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Student Health and Medical Lead to join our Safeguarding and Wellbeing team on a full-time, term-time basis (37 hours per week across 41 weeks) at Support Pay Scale L.

You will oversee medical room operations, perform clinical assessments, and draft IHPs for students with complex needs, while ensuring compliance with KCSIE and the Equality Act. Staff training and health records governance are essential.
