Senior Home Care & Reablement Specialist

NHS Highland is seeking Health and Social Care Support Workers to join the Care at Home Team in Lochaber. The post holder will support care at home to promote self-care, enabling clients to remain at home and potentially avoid hospital admission.

You will work across Lochaber in a rota with weekends and unsociable hours, and must have a driving licence and own car. The role requires completion of the SVQ Health and Social Care Level 3 to register with the SSSC, and adherence to NHS Highland
