Overnight Residential Childcare Support Worker

Resicare Alliance Children’s Care is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Residential Support Worker to provide overnight care and safeguarding for children in our residential home. You will be the calm, reassuring presence through the night, helping children feel safe and supported until morning.

Responsibilities include welfare checks, responding to safeguarding concerns, recording details, and liaising with day staff.
