Community Health Educator & Advocate

ULNYP is seeking a dedicated health education specialist to empower community members through education, advocacy, and access to health and social services. The role involves presenting, conducting home visits, and one-on-one coaching on health and wellness topics.

You will translate health information, build trusted relationships with diverse communities, and uphold privacy and HIPAA-like standards while coordinating with county agencies and staff to improve health outcomes.
