Sirona care & health in Bristol and surrounding areas invites a dedicated Community Nurse to join Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, delivering compassionate nursing in patients’ homes.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, benefit from Agenda for Change pay and NHS pension, and access extensive training and development opportunities.
Shifts are 8am-4pm or 12noon-8pm, and you will tailor care to individuals on your caseload across Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire.
